Practice , practice , practice !!! Drawing with a mouse is just plain odd ! A lot of patience and short strokes is all the advice I can give you . Short strokes will eliminate the possibility of erasing large portions of your work should you have to click “undo” . I use the mouse to draw all the time. I find it easier sometimes than the tablet. I love the pen tool. Drawing with the pen tool is all about shortcut keys. Alt Shift Ctrl Space bar allows you to manipulate points lines and angles more precisely than a tablet. I move the mouse between my thumb and pinky more than I do my wrist. If you use your wrist too much your wrist will get sore.
